01 · Licence

By purchasing HueAtlas through the Apple App Store, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the application on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

02 · Personal and commercial use

You may use HueAtlas for personal projects and for the work you do as a designer, photographer, editor, researcher, or studio. The colour readings, palettes, and editorial cards you produce inside the app belong to you, and you may use them in client work, publications, or your own archive without further permission.

03 · Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of HueAtlas, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
  • Resell, redistribute, sublicence, or rent the application itself.
  • Use HueAtlas to build a competing service that re-packages its outputs as a hosted product.
  • Remove or obscure any copyright notice, brand mark, or attribution embedded in the application or in shared exports.

04 · User content

HueAtlas does not collect, store, or transmit your photographs. All photographs you read remain on your device. Because we never receive your content, we make no claim of ownership and do not grant ourselves any rights in it.

05 · Exports

Files you export from HueAtlas — PNG cards, PDF records, JSON palettes — are yours. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to publish or share the underlying photographs they were generated from.

06 · Warranty disclaimer

HueAtlas is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The colour readings, mood labels, and weather names produced by the app are interpretive — useful for editorial work, not authoritative scientific measurements.

07 · Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HueAtlas and its studio are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for HueAtlas through the App Store.
