01 · Write to the desk

HueAtlas is built and supported by a single studio. There is no ticketing system, no chatbot, no auto-responder. If you write, a person reads it.

Replies usually arrive within two to three days. If something has gone obviously wrong with the app — a crash, a missing reading, an export that won't open — please write, even if you think someone else has already mentioned it.

02 · What to include in a support email

So that we can answer in one round of writing rather than three, please include:

  • Device model — for example, iPhone 15 Pro.
  • iOS version — for example, iOS 17.4.1.
  • HueAtlas version — visible at the bottom of the in-app settings panel.
  • A short description of what happened, and what you expected to happen instead.
  • If relevant, a screenshot or a screen recording.

You do not need to send the photograph itself. HueAtlas does not transmit photographs, and we do not need to see them to help.

03 · A few things worth knowing

HueAtlas requires iOS 17 or later. It is iPhone-first; it runs in compatibility mode on iPad but is not yet designed for it, and there is no Mac build.

All readings happen on-device. If you have airplane mode on, HueAtlas will continue to work as normal. If a reading fails, it is not because of the network — please write so we can look at the case.
